FIND A CARE PARTNER, LLC

Privacy Notice

Effective November 8, 2026 · Version 2026-11-08

Find A Care Partner, LLC operates Find A Care Partner. Contact legal@findacarepartner.com about privacy, requests or an appeal. This notice covers our website and related staff workspaces. The currently supported listing market is Arizona; other privacy laws can still apply to your information.

Information we receive and why

For accounts, we receive verified identity/contact details, account setup information, security events and the version of Terms accepted. We use them to provide and secure access, verify permissions and respond to account requests. Google/Firebase supports authentication; new consumer registration uses Google or verified email. Existing phone-account verification can send information to Google for verification and abuse prevention.

Your profile, preferred area/contact method, saved listings and care-search choices support features you request. Advisor requests can include contact details, area, type of care, timing and optional notes. We use this information to respond and arrange introductions you request. Do not include medical records or unnecessary diagnoses in free-text notes. Provide someone else's information only with an appropriate basis to do so.

Provider claims, verification records, listing edits and submitted photographs help us verify authority, manage listings and prevent misuse. Directory information also comes from official licensing records and checked public business sources. Public availability does not automatically authorize every secondary use of personal information.

Hosting, authentication and security systems receive technical information such as request/network information and security events. We use it to deliver and protect the service and investigate failures or abuse. We do not infer that a care search establishes a diagnosis.

Address searches

For an address-based search, we send the address you enter to the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoding service to find an approximate location. We do not save the entered address to your account, profile or saved searches. Search links use an encrypted, account-bound location token that expires after one hour, rather than the entered address.

Public information and private care activity

Approved public previews can show provider names, cities, care categories, dated regulatory facts and photographs explicitly approved for public browsing. Exact property locations, property-detail maps, contacts, prices, room details, license identifiers and other facility photographs require current verified-account access. Approved listing content is displayed to the appropriate audience; private care requests and personal shortlists are not public.

Providers do not receive your identity or private shortlist simply because you view or save a home. For an introduction you request, the relevant provider receives the contact and introduction information needed for that request, not unrestricted account history or our internal notes.

Service improvement and optional uses

We use information to operate, protect and improve the service, respond to requests and meet legal obligations. We may create and use properly aggregated or de-identified information for analysis and service improvement where allowed by law. We take reasonable steps against re-identification and apply relevant restrictions to recipients. A hashed identifier alone is not anonymous information.

Optional listing-view analytics is off by default. The existing feature, if lawfully enabled, can associate a signed-in account with a listing and time; authorized staff history access is audited. The feature has a 365-day identified-history limit and a purge process, while non-identifying totals may be retained longer. Any optional sensitive-data processing needs its own appropriate basis and any legally required consent.

We do not currently operate personal-data sale or cross-context behavioral-advertising programs, install advertising/session-replay trackers or sell care leads. We do not sell care needs, private requests or identifiable saved/viewed care interests for advertising. Before introducing optional marketing, broader personalization, advertising or partner sharing, we must disclose the actual purpose, information and recipients and provide consent/choices required by law. No general permission overrides a legal prohibition.

Optional AI features

Using the Site Assistant sends your question and limited information from your authorized workspace to Anthropic. Contact fields, private notes and claim evidence are not included in workspace context; avoid typing health or other sensitive details. We do not store chat transcripts.

Staff illustration generation sends a property photograph with metadata removed and our style reference to OpenAI. Generated illustrations require staff approval before display.

Both providers state that commercial API content is not used for model training by default. Operational, safety and legal retention may apply under their published terms. AI features are optional; you can use the site without them.

Who receives information

Authorized staff access relevant records to provide the service. Google Cloud/Firebase supports hosting, database, file storage and authentication; configured email providers such as Resend deliver service messages. Processors must use information consistently with their service role, contracts and applicable law. We may disclose limited information as legally required or appropriately needed for rights, safety and security.

OpenStreetMap tile requests can load in public map views. Google Maps and Street View can load in private listing details. These external services receive network/browser information and the map location requested when their content loads. Google Maps operates under its own privacy and controller terms; it is not automatically a processor restricted to our instructions. Origin-only referrers reduce disclosure but do not eliminate external requests.

Other linked services have their own privacy practices. A business transfer does not remove existing restrictions or authorize an incompatible new purpose. We do not promise that every subprocessor or technical record remains in a particular country without verification.

Cookies and browser storage

First-party session, verification and MFA cookies support sign-in and security. The session cookie is HTTP-only; Firebase browser authentication uses in-memory persistence in this implementation. A selected guest county is remembered for 180 days. Staff appearance/sidebar preferences use their own cookies. Staff drafts and interrupted upload recovery may use browser storage for the work being completed.

The facp-privacy cookie remembers a browser activity opt-out for one year and contains no account ID. Google sign-in, verification and map services may use their own storage or security mechanisms when used. Necessary or requested-feature storage is distinct from optional analytics; declining optional uses does not sign you out or delete saved homes.

Your choices and privacy requests

Use Privacy choices without signing in to stop future optional listing-view capture and token renewal in this browser on this site, including old page tokens. We also honor Global Privacy Control for this optional activity. This does not delete earlier records, follow you to another device or disable necessary service/security processing. Clearing site storage removes the cookie; an ongoing GPC signal still applies.

Email legal@findacarepartner.com for an account-wide restriction, sale/share opt-out, withdrawal, access/copy, correction, deletion or appeal. Tell us what action you want; no reason or new account is required. Do not send medical records, passwords or identity documents. We may proportionately verify access/deletion requests before disclosing or removing information.

We assess requests under applicable law, explain any justified exception and applicable appeal, and do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights. Your law may provide additional recipient, portability, sensitive-use or authorized-agent rights. A browser preference is not the entire account-wide rights process.

Manage optional workspace email alerts in notification settings. Necessary codes and security messages are separate. Promotional outreach must provide its required unsubscribe option and sender details; you can also contact our privacy mailbox. Promotional sending requires a valid business postal address before activation.

Retention, deletion and security

We keep information while needed for the disclosed service, your active account or a justified legal/security obligation. For a verified deletion request, we remove information no longer needed and assess remaining records by category. Suspension alone is not deletion. We do not retain all care information forever merely because a record is an audit event.

Some minimal records may be needed for an obligation, dispute, security restriction or suppression request. Applicable exceptions and periods depend on the record and purpose. Restricted backup copies are removed through the relevant expiry/deletion process, subject to applicable legal limits; we address pending deletions before restored data returns to service. We do not promise instant erasure from every backup.

We use encrypted connections, access controls and staff MFA. No system is perfectly secure. We investigate security incidents and provide legally required notices. Privacy-request fulfillment and security-incident response are separate processes.

Staff app, children and changes

The staff fieldwork app is for authorized staff, not public consumer registration. It processes assigned listing work and submitted media, with relevant device permissions and platform disclosures. A permission or public source does not authorize unrelated collection or disclosure.

Registered accounts are for adults 18 and older; public browsing remains open. We do not target children or use known children's information for targeted advertising. Contact the privacy mailbox about a child's account or information so we can investigate and take the appropriate action.

We publish dated notice changes and provide any required notice or obtain required consent before a material new use. Accepting account Terms, silence or continued use does not replace separate sensitive-data permission when the law requires it. Contact: Find A Care Partner, LLC · legal@findacarepartner.com.
