Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Effective November 8, 2026 · Version 2026-11-08
Find A Care Partner, LLC provides this notice about care-related information that can be consumer health data under applicable law. It supplements our Privacy Notice. Contact legal@findacarepartner.com for requests or an appeal. We are a directory and advisor service, not a care provider; we do not claim that every record is covered by HIPAA.
Categories and sources
Information can include care preferences, who you are helping, area and timing, saved care listings, optional advisor notes and requested introduction/visit information. Sources include you, a person authorized to help you, our staff responding to your request and a provider involved in an introduction you request. Linked care interests can be sensitive even without a diagnosis. We do not infer a diagnosis merely from a search or care category.
Optional listing-view analytics can also reveal care interests and is off by default, pending a lawful basis and any required separate permission. Necessary technical records support delivery and security. When external maps load, their providers receive network/browser information and the property location requested, as explained in our Privacy Notice.
Purposes and recipients
We use the minimum appropriate information to provide the features and advisor help you request, arrange requested introductions, protect the service and meet applicable law. Authorized staff and Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure process relevant records. Configured email providers process necessary messages; we limit care detail in email. The particular provider you request an introduction to receives needed contact and introduction information, not unrestricted history or internal notes.
If you choose the Site Assistant, Anthropic receives your question and limited authorized workspace context to answer it. Questions and saved care interests can reveal sensitive information; avoid entering health details. Our Privacy Notice explains AI recipients and retention. You can use the other site features without the assistant.
External services such as Google Maps have their own data practices and legal roles; they are not automatically processors restricted to our instructions. New recipients or purposes must meet applicable disclosure, consent and other requirements before use.
We do not sell consumer health data or use private care needs, requests, identifiable saved/viewed care interests or precise location for targeted advertising. A necessary-service exception is not permission for unrelated analytics or advertising. Where separate collection/sharing consent is required, it must be obtained before that processing. Consent cannot override a statutory prohibition.
Access, withdrawal, deletion and appeals
Email legal@findacarepartner.com to confirm/access covered data, request recipient information, withdraw consent, request deletion or appeal a decision. No new account or reason is required. We may reasonably authenticate access/deletion requests and explain any lawful exception and available appeal. Do not send medical records, passwords or identity documents with the initial request.
We apply the relevant jurisdiction's request and appeal deadlines and stop affected future optional collection/sharing after a valid withdrawal as required. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights. Deletion includes applicable processor and archived/backup copies subject to statutory rules; account suspension alone is not deletion.
Privacy choices stops future optional listing activity in this browser only. Use the mailbox for account-wide withdrawal or deletion. Our general Privacy Notice explains retention, necessary security/service processing and external services.
