Find A Care Partner, LLC operates Find A Care Partner. These Terms govern accounts created by agreeing to this version and use of the service under that agreement. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information; accepting these Terms is not consent to unrelated marketing or sensitive-data uses.
Who can use the service
Public browsing does not require an account. Registered accounts are for adults 18 and older. When you create an account using a control that links these Terms and states that you agree, you accept this version. We record the version and acceptance time.
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in secure. If you help someone else search for care, have the appropriate authority to provide their information. If you represent a provider, have authority to act for that business. Tell us if you believe your account has been misused.
What the service provides
We provide a directory and optional advisor assistance. Arizona is the currently supported listing market. We are not a care provider, do not employ your chosen caregivers, and do not license, certify or guarantee providers. Our information and advisor assistance are not medical, legal or financial advice.
A listing, introduction, Featured label or option selected by our team is not a guarantee of quality, suitability, safety or availability. Before choosing care, confirm services, availability, prices and licensing directly with the provider and the relevant licensing authority. Information can change or be incorrect; contact us about corrections.
Listings, access and placement
Listings may come from official licensing records, other checked public sources, our staff or authorized provider submissions. Public previews show approved information such as a provider's name, city, care category, dated regulatory facts and photographs explicitly approved for public browsing. Exact property locations, property-detail maps, contact details, prices, room details, license identifiers and other facility photographs require the site's current verified-account authorization. Licensed capacity is not current availability; licensing status and age are not quality ratings.
Featured placements are labelled and kept separate from ordinary results. Staff approve their dates and area; they do not secretly change the order of ordinary results. Featured placement is free at launch. Any later paid placement must be disclosed as paid and offered under its applicable terms.
Advisor assistance and payments
Family discovery and advisor assistance are free at launch. No provider fee for an introduction is created under these Terms. An introduction is made when you ask for it, using the relevant contact and care information described in our Privacy Notice. You may ask us to stop assisting you or making further introductions.
You make any care agreement directly with the provider. We do not collect care payments through this website. These Terms do not introduce a paid referral model, subscription, payment-processing service or charge for a future feature. Any such arrangement needs separate applicable disclosures and agreement.
Content you provide and permitted information use
You retain your rights in content you submit. Give us only content you have authority to provide, and do not submit private resident information, unauthorized photographs or material that infringes another person's rights. You give us a nonexclusive permission to process, review, format and display submitted listing content to the appropriate site audience as needed to provide the service. Private care requests are not made public by this permission.
We use information to operate, protect and improve the service, respond to requests, correct listings and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Notice. Where allowed by law, we may create and use aggregate or de-identified information for analysis and service improvement, with measures designed to prevent identifying people again. Removing a name or hashing an identifier alone does not make information anonymous.
Optional marketing, broader personalization, advertising or partner-sharing uses must be specifically disclosed before they begin, with consent and choices where required. These Terms do not themselves activate those programs, authorize an undisclosed use, waive privacy rights or permit a use prohibited by law. We do not sell care needs, private care requests or identifiable saved/viewed care interests for advertising.
Responsible use
Do not impersonate anyone, submit fraudulent claims, harass people, misuse contact details, interfere with security, access private information without authorization or use the service unlawfully. Do not scrape or bulk-download restricted information or bypass access controls. Ordinary search-engine access to approved public pages is different from access to private listing information.
We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues or a violation of these Terms. This does not remove privacy rights or justify retaining information without an appropriate basis.
Maps and other services
The service includes Google Maps features and content. Use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy linked below. Other map, sign-in and linked provider services have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Notice describes the information involved when external content loads.
Availability, responsibility and your rights
We aim to provide a useful, accurate service, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every listing is complete or current. Confirm material care decisions independently. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility or a remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or require you to surrender statutory consumer or privacy rights. You may contact us to resolve a concern, but doing so is not a condition of exercising a legal right or seeking relief.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through legal@findacarepartner.com. We assess and fulfill privacy requests under applicable law, including any justified retention exceptions, as explained in our Privacy Notice.
We publish dated versions of these Terms. For material changes, we provide appropriate advance notice and obtain further agreement when required. Merely posting a change or using a general permission clause does not authorize a retroactive new data use. This version does not manufacture acceptance for accounts that have not agreed to it.
