FIND A CARE PARTNER, LLC

Provider Listing Terms

Effective October 29, 2026 · Version 2026-10-29

These terms are between Find A Care Partner, LLC and the provider business identified when its authorized representative accepts for a specific location. They supplement our Terms of Use. These terms control provider listing obligations if the two conflict; mandatory legal rights remain unchanged.

1. Your business and authority

You accept on behalf of the identified legal operator for the location shown on the acceptance screen. You represent that you have authority both to manage that listing and to bind that business to these terms. A manager without that authority must obtain authority to accept, or have an authorized business representative manage the listing using their own account. Acceptance by another account does not activate your account’s management access. Accepting as an authorized employee does not create a personal guarantee of the business’s obligations.

Your access is individual, limited to the location and permissions granted, and must not be shared. Independent claim verification still applies. Acceptance is not proof of ownership, licensure, endorsement or permission to operate. Staff-assigned and invited access require the same acceptance before management actions.

2. Lawful operation and changes

The provider business must hold and maintain every license, registration, permit and legally required insurance applicable to this location and the services it advertises. Advertise only services and capacity you are lawfully authorized to offer. This does not require a license where the law does not require one, and a license for another location is insufficient.

Notify legal@findacarepartner.com within 24 hours after learning that your authority to represent or operate this location has ended, or that a required license has expired, been suspended, revoked or restricted. Stop using access you are no longer authorized to use and stop advertising services you may no longer lawfully provide. Promptly report closure and changes of ownership, operator or management. Email is written notice; a duplicate paper letter is not required. Contact us to update the agreement if the legal operator changes.

Maintain any insurance you advertise as well as legally required coverage. These terms impose no additional coverage minimum or routine document-upload requirement.

3. Accurate listings and fair dealing

Keep services, prices, availability, credentials, contact information and photographs accurate and promptly correct material errors. Do not invent amenities, imply an unsupported endorsement, submit fake reviews or advertise unlawfully discriminatory preferences. Eligibility for care and housing must be described lawfully. Platform review does not replace your duties.

Existing listing-content confirmations remain separate and do not certify a current license or guarantee availability. Featured placement must follow the separate staff approval process and is labeled; acceptance does not purchase placement or promise referrals. No payment processor or new fee is authorized by these terms.

4. Your photographs, content and permissions

You retain your rights in submitted content. You represent that the business owns the content or has a license broad enough for its submission and the uses described here, and that all required photographer, copyright, privacy, publicity and other permissions and releases have been obtained. Owning a building does not itself give you copyright in a photograph of it.

Use property photographs without identifiable residents by default. Do not submit private resident or family information, medical records, or images of identifiable people unless submission is permitted by our applicable content rules and you have every legally required permission. Where HIPAA authorization is required, a generic consent or this agreement does not replace it. Our moderation and content restrictions continue to apply even if you have a release.

You grant Find A Care Partner, LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, sanitize, resize, crop, format, review and display submitted content to its intended audience to operate the service and present the listing. Service providers may process it for those purposes on our behalf. This does not grant permission for unrelated advertising, sale or AI training. You may request withdrawal; reasonable time may be needed for removal from active displays and routine protected backups. Legally necessary audit and dispute records may remain subject to our Privacy Notice.

5. Family inquiries and personal data

Use family and client data only to respond to the care inquiry or other purpose the person requested or separately authorized and that law permits. Do not sell it, reuse it for unrelated marketing, or disclose it to unrelated parties. Limit access, protect it appropriately, and honor applicable withdrawal, correction, deletion and communication preferences. This agreement does not authorize a use prohibited by law or override the person’s privacy rights.

Promptly notify legal@findacarepartner.com of unauthorized access to information received through the service, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with lawful response requirements. Do not email sensitive care details merely to report a problem.

6. Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, the provider business will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Find A Care Partner, LLC and its officers, employees and agents against third-party claims, judgments, settlements approved as described below, damages, and reasonable defense costs and attorneys’ fees to the extent caused by the business’s infringing or unlawfully submitted content, false representations about authority or licensing, breach of these terms, or unlawful conduct. This obligation does not cover losses caused by our own negligence or misconduct, and does not limit any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

We will give reasonably prompt notice of a covered claim and reasonable cooperation at the business’s expense. Delay relieves the business only to the extent it is materially prejudiced. The business may control the defense with competent counsel reasonably acceptable to us; we may participate through our own counsel at our expense. A settlement may not admit fault for us, impose a nonmonetary obligation on us, or fail to fully release us without our written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. No party may settle a covered claim at the other’s expense without that party’s written consent.

7. Access, records and contact

We may restrict access or remove content for loss of authority, unlawful or misleading material, security concerns or a material breach. You may stop managing a listing and contact us to withdraw access. Ending access does not erase duties concerning earlier conduct, confidential family data, accrued claims or permitted record retention.

Acceptance records identify the account, business, location, listing membership, exact terms version and content digest, and database acceptance time. We will request a new explicit acceptance for a replacement version rather than treating silence as agreement. Contact legal@findacarepartner.com for notices, corrections or rights requests.
